The no nonsense approach to women's self defense. Geared for those students that tend to be small in stature and not gifted with great upper body strength. This awareness building class will feature guest instructors from different areas of the law, to discuss environmental awareness, legal rights and liability, achieving technical comfort level (TCL) and other topics pertaining to 'self-defense without the frills'.
