This high-energy fat burner is a cardio-vascular blast. Blending the best of three worlds the dance like, rhythmic movements of capoeira and the muscle toning properties involving the execution of martial arts techniques and finally the anti-oxidation and mind centering practices of moving chi-kung exercises.

Three styles of qi-gong exercises will be taught: fighting dance qi-gong, vibratory qi-gong and spontaneous qi-gong for cardio-vascular fitness, fat burning, toning muscles and loosening and limbering of the joints and ligaments.
These exercises can be done standing, sitting, with resistance or without. Oxygen balls or kettle bells are used for progressive resistance to increase strength and muscle tone or hand held weights may be used, but not necessary. This is an open class for adults and teenagers .
